Who Will Process My Rebates?
Edison Heating & Cooling will provided and process all required manufactures
and state rebate paperwork.
Who Will Register My Products?
Edison Heating & Cooling completes all product registration and warranty
activations required unless you are notified in writing.
Do You Offer Extended Warranties?
I am sorry we do not offer any extended warranties. Our new systems often
come with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Unfortunately extended warranties
do not offer coverage on most major parts and leave the consumer with
large repair bills or unexpected system replacements after spending thousands
of dollars on coverage that does not meet their expectations.
What Are Your Guarantees / Warranties?
Edison Heating & Cooling offers our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which
means if, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment
within one year of the installation date as a Carrier Factory Authorized
dealer we will correct the problem or remove the equipment and refund
your purchase price.
New systems also come with our standard 5 year labor guarantee or you can
upgrade to a 10 year labor warranty at the time of purchase with your
Carrier products of a full 10 year parts warranty from the date of installation
of all products. Other manufacturers warranty will vary depending upon
What Does Factory Authorized mean? Are all Carrier Dealers Factory Authorized?
Edison Heating & Cooling has earned the right to be Factory Authorized.
Not all Carrier dealers are Factory Authorized. Carrier has selected us
because of our knowledge of the products, service of customers and we
have meet Carrier’s very rigid criteria. Our installations and there
quality also undergoes a close scrutiny each year to maintain our right
to be called Factory Authorized. This means you receive the best products,
installation and service and it is all back by Carrier the world’s
largest heating & cooling manufacturer.
