He is exceptional at diagnosing the problems on both occasions and follows up on them immediately!! I have been impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, in addition to his very pleasant manner and ability to communicate everything in a simple and precise manner. Once again, I was extremely pleased having Mr. Perry repairing my unit!! I knew it would be done correctly!! Mr. Perry is certainly an asset to Edison Heating and Cooling!
