John was prompt, and exceptionally courteous, professional, thorough, informative and communicative. We greatly appreciated that he addressed our water heater - about which we had concerns - even though he was here for seasonal preventive maintenance on our furnace. We look forward to seeing him in the Spring for our HVAC service.
