Mr. Shkembi, was punctual,polite and respectful. He was wearing a mask and booties. He explained to me what he did and the statistics that comes with it. I asked him to change the filter( which he did not have)instead of telling me, he doesn't have it(leave it that way),he call his office to deliver it at my residence so he can install it. And that, I call "True professional and real customer service".
