I called them a a couple of times to fix things that broke (with my 20-year old boiler, the water heater has been trouble free, hands off). They are always professional and courteous. They're not the cheapest, they tend to be a little bit pricey. Bottom line: I'm getting what I'm paying for. No complaints.
