Andres arrived to do service on our 2 AC units, but I told him I also wanted him to check out one of our heat furnaces as well... When it would come on it made a loud buzzing sound which we never heard on our other furnace. The technician who was previously here for service said it was the inducer motor and I shouldn’t be concerned. Andres immediately tested it out and showed me that the bearings were worn on the inducer motor and he ordered a replacement to be delivered while he proceeded with the cooling maintenance. I was very impressed with Andres’s knowledge and swiftness in solving our problem. He should be commended for providing outstanding customer service and is a definite asset to Edison Heating and Cooling!!
