I performed a heating tune-up for a multi-family building today. Each unit’s gas furnace was inspected, starting with cleaning the burner assembly and checking the heat exchanger for cracks. I replaced the air filters and tested the blower motors for proper airflow. I also calibrated the thermostats to ensure accurate temperature control. After confirming safe carbon monoxide levels, all systems are now functioning efficiently and ready for the winter season.
