I did an HVAC maintenance service on a Goodman GSZ14 heat pump system. The procedure involved checking and sealing ductwork, calibrating the Honeywell programmable thermostat, and cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils with a specialized biodegradable coil cleaner. I also replaced the HVAC filter with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter to enhance air quality and system performance.
Conducted a maintenance check on a Lennox AC unit to ready it for warm weather. Service included verifying refrigerant levels, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, and inspecting air filters and electrical connections, which were all in good condition. Thermostat operation was tested; no issues were found, ensuring the unit's readiness for uninterrupted cooling.
Just finished installing a Carrier Performance 96 Gas Furnace with InteliSense Technology in Pittstown, NJ, replacing an outdated Bryant Legacy furnace, over 20 years old. Client now has reliable warmth and energy efficiency.
Installing a whole-house air purifier in Linden, NJ for a great client, enhancing indoor air quality for healthier living. With the installation was completed swiftly, ensuring fresher air for all residents in the household.
Service technician John Netti came on time and did maintenance work on my hvac. He gave important tips on settings for the thermostat during winter to not trigger the AC unit in cold weather and on how to utilize fan settings to increase comfort levels at home.
Just completed heating maintenance on a reliable 25-year-old Carrier system, and no issues were found! As part of the annual maintenance contract, I checked and tightened all electrical connections, lubricated moving parts, inspected and replaced the air filter, tested the thermostat for accuracy, and ensured the safety controls were functioning properly. Your Carrier system is in top-notch condition, ready for efficient heating.

Jory was absolutely incredible, and I'm so glad that he was able to fix the issues that we were having at the home with our HVAC system. EH&C is absolutely my favorite choice and we will be using them for all of our HVAC services. Oh, and they also have amazing customer service too! I called, and they literally showed up 1 hour later, during memorial day weekend at that!
