I had an excellent experience with my HVAC technician, Marco, during a recent inspection of my AC compressor. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was that when we mentioned hearing a curious sound in the outside condenser he was very patient and waited to hear it, replicate it and diagnose it. He also took his time to explain his findings, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
