Flushed the condensate drain line with a high-pressure nitrogen line to clear any blockages. Checked refrigerant charge by measuring subcooling and superheat values across the system. Added 10 oz of R-22 refrigerant to achieve 8°F subcooling per manufacturer specs. Replaced the air filter with a new 20x25x1 MERV 8 pleated filter. Tested all electrical components including run capacitors, contactors, and safety controls. Lubricated the condenser fan and blower motors with Supco SPL synthetic lubricant.
