For the second time, Mike called ahead and showed up on time as he did the first time. He had all the correct parts and repaired our humidifier in a timely manner. He tested the equipment, which was working fine, and before he left, he went over the humidistat settings and showed how to increase/decrease the humidity. He was very pleasant and informative during the repair.

He went over all of the options for our humidifier and their costs, including just a repair, to a full replacement, but did not push at all for the full replacement.
