Jabrill was great. He was friendly and courteous (used booties when entering the house) and his inspection was very thorough. Unrelated to him, I am frustrated by the scheduling issues I experienced. Although I clearly told the scheduler that I would not be the person home and to use an alternate phone number, which I gave, this information was apparently not communicated from the scheduler to the rest of those involved. They called me at my number and when I did not answer, cancelled the appointment because they could not confirm that I was home. Again, I clearly stated that mine was not the number to use that day. They were able to reschedule me that day, but for 7:30pm, which was well after the original window. They need to work on communications within their company.
