Edison HVAC has been phenomenal in the years since installation. The service team has been super responsive for any issues that have come up with the units and stand up to their warranties. Today, Edison HVAC sent Jabrill Lewis to troubleshoot an issue I've been having with the system that was seemingly struggling to heat the house efficiently. Even as Jabrill's testing showed no irregularities with the ductwork, he did not dismiss my concerns as others may have and continued to investigate my complaint. Minutes later, he found a large sheet of paper that happened to make it's way behind the unit that was blocking the airflow. I literally jumped for joy as the system is operating as advertised again. Many thanks and gratitude to Jabrill for being client focused and an efficient problem solver.
